This blog is my Museum – Library – Meeting place as perhaps was the AncientLibraryofAlexandria. The Internet Arcade is a conjunction where personal archetypes resonate jointly with the collective ones. It is also where linear time is almost meaningless. Accordingly, fiction and reality connect and influence each other.
AtOranimCollege,whereIteach–we justhadaveryinterestingvisitofafewmembersfrom the UniversityofMalta.TheytraveledaroundIsrael,andwesharedideasabouteducationinamulticulturalsociety,tryingtocollaborateindifferentways. This visit stirred my imagination of connections between schollrs around the Mediterranean sharing ideas then and now.
It sent me backto leafthrough a book I love: PhoeniciansSecrets,SanfordHolst,SantoriniBooks,2011,p.84.Accordingtothiswriter,the PhoenicianswereinauniquecontactwiththeMaltese:
